Quai Voltaire

The complete refurbishment of these two apartments located in a historical mansion started out with great discoveries. As we soon found out, ancient stone walls, parquet floors, wooden beams and frameworks, as well as impressive attic spaces, were concealed behind numerous layers of plaster & coating. Once we had revealed and enhanced these elements, we used them as a baseline for the creation of contemporary furniture, designed in order to give a sense of modernity to the place without conflicting with its authentic spirit.
