Chamboirat

For this renovation of a farmhouse in Auvergne, our aim was to provide a durable intervention that would be true to the building's character. We suggested to use only local and ecological materials. Structural reinforcement were made out of wood and stone, and hemp was used to thermally insulate the building. Lastly, we chose local craftmen to realize this project, in order to make sure our intervention respects the very specific constraints of the site.
